Dear Mamas, this year, I’m not giving you the best deals or the most fantastic promos for your V-Day. I would like to do something a little bit different and write a heartfelt love letter to all of the mothers out there who might not be getting a love letter this year or who simply need some love in their lives. This one is for you!

I just want you ladies to know that even if you do feel lonely on Valentine’s Day, you are not alone. And even though you may feel alone, just know that you are strong, you are powerful, and you are just as beautiful as anyone else.

You put in a lot of effort, and I know that not everyone is capable of working as hard as you do by themselves. It increases your overall strength by a factor of 100%. I have no doubt that you can give a lot of love to the right person, and I have faith that the day will come. In the meantime, you already have the best Valentine there could ever be: your baby will love you no matter what, through their temper tantrums and beautiful moments. and take advantage of this daily opportunity to show them how much you care for them.

On Valentine’s Day, show your children how to be the best Valentines possible by giving them extra hugs, letting them know how significant this day is, and explaining why this day is so precious so that when they are older, they will be able to return the love that was shown to them by their mother.

I can’t wait for my little one to get older so she can show how she expresses love. Knowing that I have helped her figure out this important trait, to show them in many ways that love comes in different forms. Lead by example (because they are watching your every move) and show them how you provide yourself with self-love. Guys and girls need a love regime, so have a spa day for all.

We should practice self-love as much as possible; it will boost our spirits and have us glowing.

Showing love to strangers is something we need to normalize. Just by making simple gestures, you can spread love all over the world. Kindness is powerful and can boost anyone’s mood. Just always remember that you might not know what someone is going through. So share love and compassion even with those who don’t deserve it. That shows how strong you are as a person as well.

All mothers and women are full of love. We are natural nurturers. So give your child and the people in your life the best gift yet… love. Share this with any mama or special lady who needs to hear how special they are.

XOXO, Kaisha (founder of Fab Fit Feminine)

Happy Valentine’s Day!
